I have an 11 year old un spayed bitch, but also have an 8 month doberman dog, who is yet un neutered, I have only had him a month and am concerned about him and her breeding if and when she comes into season. Firstly, I am unsure if she will come into season at all because she has only had 1 in the 1 year that she has been with us. Do bitches stop having them at a certain age? If not is it advisable to have him castrated asap or can they live together as long as they are kept apart? Or is that cruel on him? I'd appreciate any advice.
