help me my dogs going crazy

my 13 month old bitch boxer is acting really weird for the last couple of days. she carries a squeaky toy around with her and is cries contiuously. she also recently ripped her toenail out, so i dont know if she is having a phantom preg or she is pain from her toenail, or is she just losing the plot??????????????????????????

Hi I'v have a Boxer bitch with this problem she was having a phantom pregnacy in the end we broke the sqeek out of the toy and she left it alone.
