Another thing you really should do now is get some Pet Insurance. While your puppy is young it's quite cheap - if you leave it till the dog is older or - god forbid - till she gets sick it becomes much more expensive. My mum had to claim on the insurance for one of her dogs for £3000 for a spinal operation and the drugs to help him recover - so it really is worth it.
