how lond a walk does a 11week old german shepherd need?

I would give you vet a quick ring to verify but I'm led to believe that nowadays the reccomendation is once they are fully vaccinated and going out they should only be short walks to start with.

Yes - I'm sure at puppy class I was told it was two minutes for every week of its age. At the time I was doing 45 min walks for a 12 week pup so felt terrible! I think it also depends on the breed - some are more prone to hurting their bones and damaging development than others - I think you had to be more careful with the larger breeds because of this. It was good advice to ring your vet!
