We are wondering if it is a good idea to get another puppy for our 10 month old terrier, it would be her twin sister who she has not seen for 8 months. We think they would keep each other company in the day when we are at work, we always come home in the day to see Millie. We don't want to do this if it might upset her, does anyone have any advice.

If you introduce them on neutral territory to start with, so they are not strangers and make sure when you have them both you make a fuss of Mille before the new addition whenever you come home etc. It should be fine and yes they will be company for each other. Good luck, let us know how you get on
