If you believe the team at your vet practice always go that extra mile for your pet, you can now show your thanks by nominating them for the Petplan Veterinary Awards 2009. The nationwide search recognises and rewards the UK’s top veterinary professionals as nominated by pet owners.

Making a nomination is easy. You can call 0845 678 1063 to request a nomination form or complete a form online by visiting www.petplan.co.uk/vetawards.
Voting will give your nominee the chance to win a prestigious Petplan Veterinary Awards trophy and a fabulous prize. Also every nominator has the chance to win £250 worth of Love2Shop vouchers.
The closing date for nominations is 6th February 2009.
