Just got a new dog

Hiya i have just bought a labradoor cross, and its about 3months old. Could some one help me with what sorts of things i need to buy for her? also what type of injections i need to get her and about how much they cost? If anyone could help me i would be very greatful as im starting to worry about it. Thanks Vicky x

hiya i dont know if you have had any advice,but the first thing to consider is as the dog add any injections if not dont take the dog out,usually the dog as its first injection at 8 weeks old and then 3 weeks later so if your puppy hasnt had any take it to the vets asap,they will also give you advice on worming and flea control as well as a full health check.For the first two injections it as just cost me 50 pound.

Another thing you really should do now is get some Pet Insurance. While your puppy is young it's quite cheap - if you leave it till the dog is older or - god forbid - till she gets sick it becomes much more expensive. My mum had to claim on the insurance for one of her dogs for £3000 for a spinal operation and the drugs to help him recover - so it really is worth it. I have my insurance with More Than, if that helps.
