my dalmation indie and her lump

hi my dalmation indie has a lump appereared on her head it feels like tuisse and its not bothering her, shes 15wks old, she plays rough with other dog who is a staffie i didnt know if she has bumped her head during play or it is some more seriuos she dosent yelp when i touch it or anything any ideas?????

My dog had these in the past and they were harmless cysts but you should get the vet to look at it even so. They may be able to drain it or remove it, or they'll tell you it's doing no harm but incase it is more serious you need it looked at soon so they can cut it out before it becomes a problem.
