The most common reason for not receiving an activation email is that the email has been incorrectly flagged as spam by spam filtering software.
Make sure that you are allowing email to be received from the site by adding the domain pethealthcare.co.uk to your whitelist. The activation email will specifically come from activate@pethealthcare.co.uk
