Hill's 'Pet Slimmer of the Year' Competition is a contest launched to help podgy pets lose weight safely, effectively and humanely. Since it began 9 years ago, 2,000 dogs and cats have entered. Each animal embarks on a carefully planned weight loss programme which is monitored by their vet.
This year's fantastic first prize is £2,500 worth of holiday vouchers and - of course - a healthy, happy pet. All entrants must be confirmed clinically overweight before embarking on the programme.
